Craig Ceol is Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester (MA, USA). The cancer researcher is focused on malignant melanoma, a very aggressive type of skin cancer. He and his team at UMass work on the understanding of genetic defects that underlie tumor initiation and maintenance by using zebrafish as a model organism.
