Judith Zaugg – Using variation in gene regulatory elements across individuals to gain insights in disease mechanisms.
Judith Zaugg and her team investigate the variation of molecular phenotypes among individuals along with their genetic variation. This focus on personalized genomics aims on a better understanding of the molecular basis of complex genetic diseases and inter-individual differences in drug response. Judith Zaugg will come to the MPI-IE on Friday, June 16th, 2017. She will give a talk at 1pm in the Main Lecture Hall. The title of the talk will be "Using variation in gene regulatory elements across individuals to gain insights in disease mechanisms".
