Research interests Mast cells are key players in type I allergic reactions and major contributors to innate as well as adaptive immune responses. For my project I am interested in metabolic pathways that contribute to mast cell degranulation (a process of rapid pre-stored granular content release) and facilitate their recovery from activation.
