Research interests My research focuses on developing a toxicity assay using the fruit fly, Drosophila melanogaster, to evaluate the pharmacological toxicity induced by pesticides. This includes studying how this toxicity triggers inflammation models affecting inter-organ signalling, as well as morphological and regenerative responses.
