Silvia Domcke is a group leader at the University of Zurich. Her research focuses on predicting transcription factor activity to drive intentional cell state transitions, including from diseased to healthy states. Her lab combines mammalian cell culture models, genetic and epigenetic editing, single-cell genomics, large-scale CRISPR screens, and computational approaches to understand and control cell fate determination.
