SGS: Rong Fan - Spatial Epigenome Sequencing to Study Tissue Development, Aging and Diseases
We are delighted to announce our upcoming special guest seminar given by Prof. Rong Fan from Yale University on July 10th at 1 pm in the lecture hall of the Institute. Rong will speak about Spatial Epigenome Sequencing to Study Tissue Development, Aging and Diseases.

Rong Fans research is focused on developing and deploying single-cell and spatial multi-omics profiling technologies, often based on microfabricated devices, to investigate the pathogenesis and therapeutic response of complex human diseases, including cancer, autoimmunity, and cardiovascular disease. In particular, his laboratory is interested in hematologic malignancies, brain tumors, and systemic lupus erythematosus. He is also interested in cellular immune function characterization and its application to cancer immunotherapies.
