Pub quiz & media library

Together with the colleagues of CIBSS, the MPI-IE organizes a Virtual Science Pub Quiz. The public ZOOM event starts on June 15, 2021, at 8:00 pm. The event will be held in German.

A couple of tricky rounds with numerous questions around cell biology, immunobiology and epigenetics promise an exciting time with one or the other aha effect. Different teams of up to five people can take on the questions posed by the quizmasters around Olaf Groß from the Neuro center at Freiburg University Hospital. Points are awarded for each correct answer, and the team with the most points wins in the end.

Of course, real prizes and the CIBSS science communicator Mathilde Bessert-Nettelbeck will moderate the quiz with scientists from both research institutions waiting for you.

Until then, we recommend taking a look at our media library. Here you can find exciting videos and lectures explaining the research of the institute. You can also consider this as a training for the pub quiz.
