The International Office provides assistance and support to international employees and guests of the MPI-IE with their non-scientific inquiries regarding their arrival and stay in Freiburg.

The International Office offers our foreign guests, future staff members, and scientists from around the world a wide range of assistance and information to make your start with us go as smoothly as possible. Besides, the MPI-IE provides a comprehensive Welcome Guide (on the right). The MPI-IE Welcome Guide is an extensive, nearly 100-pages brochure in PDF format, that provides new and, above all, international colleagues with precise information on all key topics during their start here in Freiburg.
