Career planning and job interview training

The workshop aims to provide IMPRS-MCB fellows with guidelines on how to get to the next step of their career. It covers following issues: goals - perception of the labour market, the expectation of HR department or PIs, the power of the application documents and differences between academia and industry (including CV check), application and interview styles and processes. The workshop includes also practical exercise on interview situation. 

The 2 days course is offered once a year and is addressed to senior students who are close to completion of their PhD.

Next course will take place in January 2014
