Child care subsidy for infants

Sucessful research at Max Planck – also with a baby

The pilot project expired at the end of the year 2021.

The Max Planck Foundation supports female and male scientists of the Max Planck Society and its institutes in the day care costs for their youngest: Since July 2017, those who have children between three months and one year can subsidize the monthly expenses for day care up to 50% by this special program. This support is intended primarily for doctoral students and postdocs at the Max Planck Institutes and offers new opportunities to combine work and family life.
