David Garfield - Single-cell approaches for assessing the impact of mutations on chromatin accessibility and gene regulation
This seminar will take place online. If you would like to attend, please contact the hosts: iovino@ie-freiburg.mpg.de or our scientific coordinator Johanna Knipper: knipper@ie-freiburg.mpg.de

David Garfield is interested in understanding molecular mechanisms in evolutionary biology using genomic methods (e.g. RNA-/ChiP-Seq), single-cell sequencing technologies, and computational methods. He will join our seminar series and will speak on “Single-cell approaches for assessing the impact of mutations on chromatin accessibility and gene regulation”.
