Scientific writing courses

Starting in 2016, IMPRS-MCB will offer two in-house writing courses:

Proposal Writing Workshop
This course will cover the general principles of Scientific Writing. In addition, we will provide on-hands training, in which students work with in-house instructors on their thesis proposals. This course will take place in the first year and is mandatory for all IMPRS fellows.

Paper Writing Workshop
This workshop consists of a distinct parts. The lectures on paper writing are open to all students. The hands-on paper writing workhop however is restricted to students who have enough data to write a manuscript.
