He visits the MPI-IE and our seminar series to present a talk on “Reprogramming transcription factors with a universal zinc finger model for safe and limitless epigenetic editing”. [mehr]

Marieke Oudelaar heads a Lise Meitner Group at the MPI for Multidisciplinary Sciences on “Genome Organization and Regulation”. She will be joining our seminar series in November 2023 to talk about her research on the regulation of gene expression in the three-dimensional genome. [mehr]

Pavel Georgiev from the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) will give a talk entitled “Role of the Clamp protein in recruiting of the Dosage Compensation Complex in Drosophila melanogaster” at the MPI-IE Freiburg on Thursday, November, 9th, 2017 (1pm). The talk will be given in Main Lecture Hall of the Institute. [mehr]

Dr. Yann Hérault is a Research Director at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). The Biologist and mouse geneticist is leading the Mouse Clinical Institute and a research group on “Physiopathology of aneuploidy, gene dosage effect and Down syndrome” at the IGBMC, Strasbourg. He will visit the institute in April, 26th 2017. The title of his talk will be announced soon. The talk takes place in the Main Lecture Hall at 1pm. [mehr]
